People-First Data-Centric Organization Transformation
To unlock growth and improve decision-making confidence, a global retailer’s data and analytics organization needed to evolve and mature capabilities across the enterprise. To support this organizational transformation, the Propeller team designed an Organization Activation Framework to assess operational performance across people, process, and structure and conducted 29 senior and C-level stakeholder interviews. Once the data was synthesized, we delivered 46 supporting initiatives with strategies and implementation plans across 5 high-level recommendations spanning vision alignment, operating model, lean portfolio, data culture maturity, and team development.
