About Our Benefits
We believe in the power of smart, hardworking people who thrive in the face of ambiguity, harness change, and make momentum. People who do good work deserve great support. That’s why we are committed to providing our employees with the benefits, rewards, and support to help them achieve great things. Our benefits package is ever-evolving to reflect the diverse lives, priorities, and aspirations of our people.
-
Employee-Owned
-
Our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) creates a culture of ownership where we’re working towards the same goals and employees think and act like owners. Historically, annual ESOP contributions equal 4-8% of base salaries.
-
Supportive & Well-Respected Colleagues
-
We are an open and collaborative culture. Doing good work is a team effort. Every individual at the firm is here to support you and aid in your growth and success.
-
Frequent & Transparent Communication
-
Trust is at the foundation of the work we do. We trust you to do good work, and our clients put their trust in you. We develop and nurture that trust with frequent and transparent communication.
-
Sponsored Social Events
-
We like the work we do, and we like each other. From our annual offsite to happy hours, field days, dog meetups, trivia nights, and talent shows — there are options for connecting with colleagues.
-
Community Involvement
-
We believe in giving back to the communities we live and work in. In fact, we have an entire initiative devoted to it. We show support through pro bono consulting, direct service, and employee donation matching.
-
Work Locally & Hybrid Model
-
We work where we live — making more time for life outside of work. You’ll most likely be working with clients in your community. Occasional travel may be necessary. With a hybrid work environment, you’ll generally be splitting your time between home, your local office, and/or a client site. While flexible, we prioritize client service and value in-person connection.
-

Time off is an important part of a healthy work environment. Each employee has an annual utilization hours target to meet and the flexibility to take time off at their discretion. On average, employees take at least 4-5 weeks off a year.
