Our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) creates a culture of ownership where we’re working towards the same goals and employees think and act like owners. Historically, annual ESOP contributions equal 4-8% of base salaries.

Work Locally & Hybrid Model
We work where we live — making more time for life outside of work. You’ll most likely be working with clients in your community. Occasional travel may be necessary. With a hybrid work environment, you’ll generally be splitting your time between home, your local office, and/or a client site. While flexible, we prioritize client service and value in-person connection.
