About Working in Portland

Portland is where it all began. Where the seeds were planted purposefully on the foundation of forming a firm that puts people first. Our people are our product. Our clients are our community. We thrive when you thrive. With equal parts strategic thinking and time-tested expertise, we provide thought partnership and strategic execution to help big ideas grow.

Maura Koehler-Hanlon

“I love Portland for the inclusive community and the willingness across the city to tackle tough challenges collectively. At Propeller, we mirror this culture, fostering individual growth through our commitment to collective excellence. Collaboration is how we grow as individuals, as a team, as a firm, and as a community at large. We drive forward — together.”

Whether we’re offering pro bono consulting to local nonprofits, tackling the stairs at Mt. Tabor Park, or solving complex problems for clients — we approach it with that same drive.
