As a founder and executive, Kim has built and scaled multiple consulting firms, led teams in both start-up and mature environments, and worked at the intersection of product, services, and business operations. His work has focused on emerging technology and operational velocity, corporate growth and leadership, strategic planning and execution, all while creating the stickiness needed to navigate change in practical, people-centered ways.
Born in Seoul and raised in Minnesota and Idaho, Kim now calls Portland home. Outside of work, he sits on the board of multiple non-profit organizations, plays and coaches soccer, and enjoys time in the mountains and on the ocean with friends and family.
