A leading technology company set out to transition its HR support services to Workday Help. The move promised streamlined tools, expanded features, and an AI-powered chatbot, but it also required employees worldwide to adopt a new way of requesting HR support. Instead of emailing HR business partners directly, employees would now submit requests through a ticketing-based model.
The transition also demanded heavy lifting behind the scenes: system configuration, data cleanup, and the creation of new knowledge management processes.
