The Challenge

# From Operating-Model Gaps to Enterprise ERP Readiness

A global consumer packaged goods company set out to implement Oracle Cloud Fusion as its new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The scale of the change was significant: business processes needed redesign, gaps in the operating model surfaced, and leaders had to coordinate adoption across a bilingual, geographically dispersed workforce.

The company recognized that success hinged on more than technology. Without the right organizational alignment and workforce readiness, the ERP rollout risked stalling, slowing operations, and undermining strategic growth.

Our Approach

# Blending Data-Driven Insight with Human-Centered Change

Propeller partnered with business leaders and employees to build the clarity, engagement, and support needed for smooth adoption.

  • Function-specific change plans: We aligned consultants with business process areas to identify change impacts and co-create tailored change management plans.
  • Leadership coaching: We coached department leaders on executing plans and managing resistance, ensuring accountability at every level.
  • Readiness-driven planning: Using employee surveys and readiness assessments, we adjusted strategies at key milestones to stay aligned with workforce needs.
  • Targeted training and communications: We implemented a just-in-time approach so employees had the information and skills they needed at the right moment. Training was designed by process area, delivered through a self-paced online platform and train-the-trainer model, with specialized courses for user acceptance testing and end-users.
  • Change network enablement: We engaged managers as the visible face of change, supported by a bilingual Change Network and a Manager Connects series to strengthen communication.
