The Problem

# A Data-Driven Approach to Change Management

A national behavioral healthcare provider was redeveloping its clinical web and iPad applications with industry-leading technology and predictive analytics for better client outcomes. Propeller was brought on to support the change management of the new platform, leveraging a data-driven approach to ensure user readiness and adoption.

The Approach

# Measuring Change Efforts and Gamifying Adoption

People are always the most important — and often overlooked — component of any new product launch. While the client’s product team led the application delivery, Propeller focused its efforts on successful implementation. With a data-driven approach, Propeller partnered with the VP of Clinical Training to build and deliver a change plan centered around employee reaction, knowledge, and behavior. Our change experts partnered with Propeller data experts to build a PowerBI dashboard to create measurability of change efforts, allowing leaders across the organization to understand user readiness by market, gamifying the adoption efforts to improve engagement and strengthen the successful delivery of this new application.

# Using Change Dashboards to Drive Decisions and Ensure Adoption

The client developed a host of tools in its revamped application to increase productivity among technicians. Propeller change management and data teams were able to track end-user engagement and adoption of the new technology through a series of data-driven change dashboards. These dashboards were shared with client leadership to drive decisions and ensure successful project adoption, ultimately resulting in 3,000 technicians adopting the new tool and 95% completing the required training.
