The Problem

# Cloud Migration Sparked Need for Enterprise-Wide Change Management

A Fortune 500 tech company was activating tech modernization and migrating data, platforms, and services to the public cloud. There was a need to stand up a change management office to support changes to roles, address learning gaps, assess and address change impacts, and lead communication efforts.

Our Approach

# Building the Foundation for Change Through Content, Communication, and Connection

To begin, the Propeller team identified key partners and set up regular meetings to collaborate and align on change management efforts. To understand skills gaps that would need to be addressed, we partnered with learning and development and engineering leaders to curate existing learning content and create learning paths for specific roles. We socialized and built awareness for digital transformation with presentations and talking points for executive stakeholders. The team delivered 91 artifacts across 11 communications plans, including a digital transformation office intranet site with program information, FAQs, blog posts, and a video series featuring technical experts at the client sharing their lessons and team accomplishments achieved through cloud migration and modernization.
