Drawn to mission-driven work, Leah began her career as a practice manager for a mental health clinic before moving into customer success and software implementation within a healthcare technology startup. Her experience has since expanded across IT, HR, Operations, Marketing, and Healthcare, giving her a holistic perspective on organizational challenges and cross-functional transformation. Leah earned an MBA with a dual focus in sustainable business practices and advanced strategy and leadership from the University of Oregon and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Whitman College.
