As a consulting manager, Kelsey leads cross-functional teams through transformations involving new technology, operational redesign, and strategic shifts. She is especially skilled at building and strengthening the systems that govern effective and efficient cross-functional work, including PMOs, planning processes, and the rhythms that help organizations execute with consistency. Her ability to build alignment across IT, finance, operations, and executive leadership carries across every industry she has worked in, including government, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, oil and gas, and technology.

Kelsey earned her Master of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of British Columbia and her Bachelor of Science from the University of Vermont.
