Propeller is pleased to announce it has been selected as a 2023 Denver Business Journal Best Places to Work honoree, demonstrating the firm’s commitment to building a high-performing, thriving culture.

The Best Places to Work award honors the Denver metro area’s leading employers who go beyond the norm to foster an enjoyable and meaningful work environment for their employees. Propeller earned the fifth spot in the large category which includes businesses with 50 to 99 local employees.

The Denver Business Journal partnered with Quantum Workplace to survey employees to measure employee satisfaction across key workplace satisfaction components including trust in leadership, communication and resources, and benefits and compensation. Based on employee survey responses, Quantum provides a composite employee satisfaction score that informed the list of honorees for each category.

“Our commitment to people is one of the foundational values at Propeller and has long served as a guiding principle in all our decision-making,” said Allison Torpey, Denver managing director at Propeller. “As a professional services firm, our people are essential to our growth and success – and the success of the clients we serve – and so we work hard to support our employees.
