PORTLAND, OR - Propeller, a leading business management consulting firm, is excited to announce that Kyle Roozen has joined the firm as a senior director in its Portland office. Kyle will lead strategic client engagements, partner on new growth opportunities in the Pacific Northwest, and expand Propeller’s data and analytics capabilities.
With nearly 25 years of experience across engineering, operations, and consulting, Kyle is known for helping teams gain clarity in the face of complexity. At Propeller, he’ll apply his strengths in cross-functional leadership, execution strategy, and organizational alignment to support clients tackling high-impact initiatives, especially in retail, operations, technology, data, and enterprise change.

Kyle began his career as a mechanical engineer before moving into operations leadership and eventually earning his MBA. His consulting background includes more than a decade of leading transformation efforts for organizations across the energy, media, manufacturing, and consumer goods sectors.
Prior to joining Propeller, Kyle held leadership roles at Nike, Slalom, North Highland, and ACME Business Consulting, where he focused on enterprise transformation, operational improvement, and strategic execution.
