# Confidential Restructuring: Role Redistribution and Process Outlines

After Propeller’s prior support creating a new organizational structure, a global procurement organization needed help with redistributing roles and responsibilities across the new team landscape, outlining new processes, and implementing new ways of working. Since the restructuring impacted a large group, only a team of senior directors was engaged in the decision-making process. Specific details on the new operating model were not disclosed until it was complete.

Due to confidentiality, alignment from the senior director team was paramount for successful change. Our team completed a current state organizational assessment with middle management, led role and responsibility alignment workshops, and developed strategic communication deliverables that would be utilized during kick-offs and initial training. This included a collaboration toolkit with working principles and engagement strategies to successfully integrate team members into the new organizational structure and expectations.
