What is an Organizational Health Check?

Propeller's Organizational Health Check is a focused, 6–9 week assessment designed to give leaders clarity on how well their people and structure align to strategy. We combine our organizational design expertise with Orgvue analytics to diagnose risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities.


At the end of the engagement, you’ll receive a tailored Health Check report, an executive readout, and a roadmap with actionable recommendations to move forward.
