Diverse teams empower businesses to anticipate what’s coming next and make smarter decisions. Yet less than 4% of Fortune 500 CEOs are black, 4% are women, and even fewer openly identify as LGBTQ. Diversity can go far beyond what’s visible, though, and includes team members who think and approach challenges in a wide variety of ways.

By changing how companies recruit, manage and retain team members, as well as how they approach problem-solving and decision-making, today’s business leaders can truly tap into the opportunity that diversity provides.
